ok, thanks, well luckily no rush, i have until 2024, but definately want another 2 years on this amazing laptop, best one i have ever had , really impresses with the quality and how everything runs with no problems, unlike others i have had, asus for example.

i own a ERAZER DEFENDER P15 MD62293, my 2-year warranty is due to end in May 2024, i have been trying to find information on buying extended warranty, i have already telephoned Medion service, and emailed them, i have received links to a web page, but always get 404 error, page doesn't exist, the last email i received acknowledged it was down, and said it will be sorted soon. But, after continually looking i still cannot see or find information on how to purchase extended warranty, i live in the Uk, so need an English link that works. can anyone help.

i recently jusy bought the erazor defender p15, i love the simplicity of the control centre so nice to see how to download if needed, is there any documentation for its use, it is simple enough, but i am wondering what the fan offset is and how it works.

hi all, i have just bought my erazer p15 laptop yesterday, i believe i have a 2yr warranty with this product, i live in the UK, i am looking to take out out the 2yr extended warranty, So if i do, will that give me 4yrs in total, or does it start after the initial first year, so only get 3yrs in total. Also, how long before i can't take the warranty out, is it within 3mnths of purchase for example, or can i pay for the warranty after one year still. thankyou for any info. p.s never heard of medion brand before, but so far happy and impressed.
