This is not a windows feature. This is the responsibility of a third party program. In my case it was Hkcmd. Depending on the brand of your hardware it might be something else, but it will be something related to hotkeys or an abbreviation that (HK) solution: 1. Task Manager ---> startup --> 2. locate Hkcmd 3. disable it from starting when windows starts 4. restart pc

When Microsoft Windows encounters a condition that compromises safe system operation, the system halts. This condition is called a bug check. It is also commonly referred to as a system crash, a kernel error, a Stop error, or BSOD. A hardware device, its driver, or related software might have caused this error. Try to use a dedicated tool that will update your drivers automatically in just a couple of settings by using a huge, always updated database. I can't promise anything of course but it helped to me. I recommend DriverFix. Here’s how to do it: Download and install DriverFix. Launch the application. Wait for DriverFix to detect all your faulty drivers. The software will now show you all the drivers that have issues, and you just need to select the ones you’d liked fixed. Wait for DriverFix to download and install the newest drivers.
