Maybe silly question, but anybody else experiencing USB issues? Since the erroneous BIOS update i seem to get errors when copying large amounts of data (tens of gigabytes as one data stream) to external flash drives. After some time while copying i get the error that the device is not ready. This hasn't happened before, but I am not sure if this could be tight to that faulty update. Anybody else with similarit issues suddenly? ... Afficher plus

Losing the Realtek soundcard (no sound, no mic), disabled in Device Manager (see Hidden items); also, Turbo mode either from Control Center or from the physical button not available; At startup fans now run at top speed until Windows completely started, that wasn't the case before the update - it was completely quiet all thru startup ... Same here. If I show 'Hidden devices' in Device Manager the 'Realtek(R) Audio Codec with THX Spatial Audio' is still listed, but if you check the details it says 'Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45)' Any progress on this? Not keen on reinstalling Windows (which does not seem to work anyway, as mentioned in  another post). But I do need the audio for (Zoom) meetings....
