Welcome to the forum @gustavhoo Without looking on computer specs there's a general fact when it comes about XMP. If your CPU does not support overclock XMP should not be seen or disabled to avoid any problems (in most of the cases computer lock down/ shut down in less then 10 sec after powering up). Missing the option in non overclock CPU is a safeguard based on "better safe than sorry". The memory frequency is dictated by CPU model and type and works as it should. Any modifications without adjusting/overclocking CPU will result in (maybe) performance increase and loss in overall stability. I hope that helps Cheers
