So I asked for photos showing the damage that they said I had done to the laptop and I was convinced that they were not from my laptop. I compared the photos they sent with the photos I had taken before I sent it to them. But they didn’t respond to this when i emailed them. they sent my laptop back and I compared their photos with my laptop and there is no damage to the external case.  when I sent it to them it would charge if the laptop was off and I could use it fine for a few hours. but when I received it back it would not charge under any circumstances. Ill post copies of their email replies regarding the faults that they alleged I had caused. Im thinking of going to the small claims court. The fees are relatively small to raise the case but Medion will have to send a lawyer to refute my claim, which will cost them much more than what I will pay.
