Hello, For a while my laptop has developed an issue which will cone on at no specific time when using it. The first I'll notice that something is wrong is that CAPS lock seems reverse but also other activities such as clicking on email seem to behave as if the ctrl button is being held down.    I did a windows reset which made no difference.  What suggestions are as to how this can be resolved, bar buying a new laptop.
