have you already tried to set the graphic preferences for running your app? - Type "Graphic Settings" on your W10 search bar and select the proper app
- Select "Desktop App" option
- Browse the executable file of the app you are trying to launch (eg. an app executable file inside the Steamapps folder)
- Click on "Options"
- Select "High Performance"
- Confirm
