Hi Thanks for replying but that option is not available in my BIOS. I had to download the windows tools and reinstall windows that worked.

Due to the massive incompetence of PAID AVG support who installed software that I cannot uninstall, I am left with no choice but to completely wipe my Notebook. BUT it will not wipe it goes through the motions but always starts back as it was can anyone offer some assistance?
