Please pardon my writing in English. @Lefethank you for this instruction. I found a slightly shorter way. There is a folder in your C: drive named 'Drivers' (C:\DRIVERS). This contains all the files, in zipped folders. Windows Update cannot find the files because they are zipped. Now you do not need to download that 750mb file, and you do not need to have it take away space from your limited hard drive. However, having this 1.27GB in the C:\Medion folder will make life easier in future in case Windows decides to wipe away any other drivers. 🙂 Since I have downloaded this file and unzipped it, I will keep it unzipped. Full Kudos to @Lefe Also, in case you are looking for support files for the Akoya laptops, you can go to https://www.medion.com/de/service/topic/medion-products and then enter your MSN, which is on a sticker at the back of your laptop.
