What is the plug size in mm's - the, external and internal diameter in mm's, for the X7851 laptop? I mean the little plug on the end of the power cord that plugs into the laptop. I can't measure it properly and can't find any reference to it. I rang medion and they said "type C", but that does not help.

I want to upgrade my two drives in my X7851 Medion Erazer laptop. The two drives that are there now are are 250GB SSD and 1TB platter drive. I want to replace them with 1TB SSD and 2TB SSD. What are the specifications I need for my two new drives? I want them to be compatible with my machine.

Thanks for that. I thought it was the medion advice telephone number people who told me - two slots in the back and two in the front. Maybe not. I'll ring them again. The msn number is 30022561 (X7851 MD60538) There are lots of different RAM out there? Any decent ones recommended here for the Medion?

Hi, I have an Erazer x7851 laptop and I want to increase the DDR4 RAM from 16 to 64 GB, as I use it for music. I need someone to point me to a good dealer who can install it, or failing that a good DIY video (PC world were going to give me DDR3 RAM not DDR3, without telling me).. It seems that I have to take the front as well as the back off to install the extra RAM so it looks a bit difficult. Also, what particular RAM do you suggest for this model?

How do I connect my Medion laptop to a TV, but use my Medion soundcard for audio? I don't want to use the TV's soundcard, I only want to use the TV's display. I have three audio outs on my laptop but these don't seem to work if I use a HDMI cable to link the display to my TV. My three audio-outs are 1) Audio Out* / Digital Audio Out (S/P-DIF, optical) (port with dual function) 2) Microphone* (port with dual function) 3) Headphone Connector
