Habe es getestet: - Secure Boot lässt sich im Bios ausschalten (Mit F2 kommt man ins BIOS) - Ubuntu LTS 18.04 lässt sich dann ohne Probleme von USB Platte oder USB Stick installieren (getestet mit SSD Samsung Evo 860 M.2) - Bei Ubuntu / Mint (lässt sich auch einwandfrei installieren) wird so gut wie jedes Gerät fehlerfrei erkannt, bis auf das Touchpad. Dieses wird automatisch nicht als Clickpad erkannt, sodass die Click Buttons nicht funktionieren. - Bei Antergos (Kernel 4.16.13-2-ARCH) 18.6 funktioniert alles (auch das Clickpad) out of the Box.
