Hi everyone, Can anyone advise me where I can acquire a new display screen for my phone please? The screen is damaged beyond repair and I can not see anything. Median advises the screen can be purchased from other retailers but the usual places like (eBay, Amazon) don't stock parts for Medion smartphone. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks Daniel

Hi there, It's quiet sad but the cost of a new microphone will probably be the same price of a new phone. Median do not sell individual parts and require you to send your phone as there is not any known repair service centre with th UK which can deal with this sort of repair. Median should really make the parts available on their website or make it affordable to repairs to be economical for their customers. Kind regards, Daniel
