SSD can be installed with replacing CD/DVD unit like others do on laptops. See here: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/ssd-laptop-upgrade-optical-bay,3102.html My idea: I have unplugged and removed CD/DVD unit and puted in SSD with power cable split: http://www.yourcablestore.com/assets/images/pwrsplit4p.jpg and SATA cable: https://sgcdn.startech.com/005329/media/products/gallery_large/SATAX.Main.jpg Works fine for me with original HDD and new SSD. Istalling/upgrading additional RAM is different story. It looks like motherboard is not supporting upgrading RAM. And please do not try to upgrade BIOS!!! You will corupt it any way you do it. I didnt find any case with RAM upgrading over 4 GB on this machine (medion akoya P4020D AIO PC). All my methods were also waste of time (and unfortunately corupted BIOS situation).
