Well, that's a theory. I have Lenovo Yoga and I have HP laptop, none of them have any sign next to USB Type-C. And yes, they do have limitations - e.g. the HP is unable to charge itself using the port and the Lenovo can only use one of 2 to output video.

Hi all. I'd like to purchase this laptop. I would like to know if the USB Type-C port is capable of delivering the video signal (with HDMI/VGA adapter) and if it supports simultanous charging. Does anybody have experience with such laptop? Thanks in advance!
