The CoPilot button of my ERAZER Major 15 X1 notebook is not working, what can I do?

If the corresponding application does not open when the CoPilot button is pressed, installing a software patch will help to solve the issue.
To install the software patch, please proceed as follows:

1. Unzip the downloaded file to a folder on your harddisk.
2. Afterwards run the GM5IX7A_CopilotKey.exe file with administrator privileges in Windows environment.
