erazer crawler e25 camera doesnt work

hi my camera has never worked and says is unavailable. i don't know how to sort this.

I need to use my laptop for teams meetings.

my camera status is ON

anyone had this issue or does anyone know ow i can rectify this please?

Apologies for the delayed reply.

Try uninstalling then re-installing the drivers. Go to “Control Panel” then view by small icons. Click on “Device Manager”. Find Cameras, right-click it and choose Uninstall device. Restart Windows system and the driver will automatically be installed.

Also check that all drivers are up to date through Windows update.
