my pc keep gong into cyberlink recovery on start up

HI all

my pc keeps going into cyberlink power recovery . don,t store anything on it now as its done it at least 6 times in the past 3 months.(everything is on a separate hardrive)

i uninstalled the program  to see if that would work 

and this morning it reset itself in cyber link power recovery 

my PC knowledge is a bit basic 

can,t work out how to disable program ?

any ideas
