Medion Notebook e13204 Boot not found after complete reinstall

Greetings all:

I had lost all data on the NMVe (all partitions got lost).
I reinstalled the Medion Notebook e13204 with Win 11 Enterprise after having fixed the MBR.
Installation went well, but after the first boot ... the laptop seems unable to find the boot-partition.

Startup automatically enters into BIOS, but there's no NMVe drive Boot Sequence to point towards.

Please assist?

Retried 2 times, now it works.
I fail to get what went wrong, 5 times ... but it works now.
