Bios update!!! motherboard - Z370h4-em (370h4w0x.109)

Hello everybody
My motherboard does not have the correct version of the BIOS firmware

I found the correct file on the site but cannot download it
Please share the firmware file

PC MD34060 / 2528
Motherboard - Z370h4-em
Required firmware file is 370h4w0x.109
MSN - 10022247

Hi @Lolikoov 

you can upload your BIOS using the Device Manager. It is indeed the best option for doing so.

Just go to the Device Manager, Left click on the arrow besides Firmware and then right click on System Firmware and select update driver.

unfortunately Bios cannot be updated this way
You may not understand me
in order to flash the BIOS, special programs and a firmware file are used
Medion site is down
I wrote in support to get it restored, but it doesn't work yet
