My Medion X81087 mouse.

My Medion X81087 mouse doesn't work. The side button are unresponsive and the RGB or lights keeps flickering. The mouse works fine but the side button don't work.

Do you still have a guarantee? if so, contact support. When was the mouse bought? I can't find anything except the software:
