Rolling back the driver is another way to make Wi-Fi work stably, or at least just work :). There are no guarantees that it will help, but if nothing else helps, then it's worth a try. All in the same device manager, right-click on the same Wi-Fi adapter. And select Properties from the menu.
Go to the Driver tab and click the Roll Back button. It may be that the rollback button is not active. There is nothing to do here, which means there is no older driver in the system. A message will appear stating that rolling back to an older version of the driver may downgrade functionality buyessays, and so on Click Yes. We reboot the laptop and check how Wi-Fi works.

Hi @Raybt123 and welcome to the FORUM!
Can you please let us know the MSN number of your product?
It is an 8-digits number that you can find printed on a label underneath it. It usually starts by 100, 300 or 500.
Also, why do you say you can't you update it? How are you trying to do so? Did you get any error message?
Regards,
Gehringer
