I need to enable rebar in bios so i can better utilize rtx 4000/5000 series gpus. Right now I'm on bios version E7C00W0X.106

That doesn't look good, nothing has changed since 2022 (version 106).

do you mean date of Version 2022 or the topic where it wad mentioned. My Version 106 like the one from the topic was build sometime August 2019. Version Build 2022 will most likely have rebar option included.
