MD 89295 app no detect device

Good morning,
I'm having a trouble with:

MD 89295 Stereo Inter. Radio schw. DS 23

 

I've tried UNDOK, Oktiv and Lifestream 2 but the device doens't appear to connect.

I'm using the same wifi network.

UNDOK is the most recommended app for your device.

 

If you are using an Android phone, please clear the apps data under the application settings.

 

If you are using an iPhone, please ensure that you enable location services before connecting the app to the internet radio.

 

If the above fails, try uninstalling then reinstalling the app. Test the app on another phone/device to rule out any hardware issues.

Dear Mallia,

I'm using android 13, Samsung S23+.
I've tried UNDOK with other 2 android devices, It happens the same. 

Any other ideas?

By the way, If you're using the radio with headphones, when you turn off the device, next time you turn on the radio the sound goes through speakers.

Is that normal?
It's weird because I have to unplug and plug again the headphones everytime you turn off.
