VGA / HDMI adaptor for Akoya S4403

Hi,

I'm trying to use the USB-C displayport with a multiport adaptor to connect the laptop to either a VGA monitor or an HDMI television with no success. 

Does anyone know of an adaptor that is definitely compatible for both HDMI and VGA for this laptop?

As you say , it is a display-port. So you need an adaptor  USB-C to Display-Port. That's all.

If behind this you can add other adptors to convert to HDM or VGA, I do not know. 

But first you have to extract the display-port signal from the C-port.

There are loads of adaptors available that go straight from the "USB C Displayport" to female HDMI and/or VGA, but compatibility varies.  Just trying to find out if anyone connects this model laptop to a monitor or projector and which adaptor they use.  I can't be the first person to do this.
