P6645 MD63270 CPU FAN

Hello, I have an issue with cpu fan on my Medion Akoya laptop and need a replacement,  looking by the P6645 number or MD63270 number or MSN30026762 number, I can't find one anywhere on the net, except AliXpress with 2+ months delivery time and extra high price. I managed to find exact looking fan by the picture, but it shows different model than mine, but I'm scared to buy one without consultation. Anyone got any experience regarding this matter? Any help would be appreciated!
