NB E6464 MD99850 - TPM2.0 failed

Ik heb een Windows 10 toestel met extended support. Specs:
- Model: MD99850
- MSN: 30020438
- Article no: 7417
- Model: E6434 Notebook

Recent is nav bepaalde secure boot meldingen de BIOS geupgrade naar v2.22.
Echter, sinds de update komen er allerlei TPM related meldingen in het Windows logboek.
De melding is van source TPM, event id 17 en wordt meermaals gelogd.

Wanneer ik de specificaties van de beveiligingsprocessor opvraag, dan geeft  deze volgende info:

- Fabrikant: Intel (INTC)
- Versie: 11.0.0.1191

- Specificatieversie: 2.0

- PPI-specificatieversie: 1.2

Status:
- Verklaring: Niet gereed
- Opslag: Niet gereed

TPM.MSC geeft eveneens aan er een probleem is.

Ik heb de indruk dat ik recentere versie van BIOS of TPM nodig heb maar dat lijkt niet beschikbaar.
Ik weet niet goed wat te doen, buiten TPM uitschakelen in de BIOS, iets wat ik eigenlijk liever niet doe.

Dus: help!

Hi @Tom77 and first of all sorry for the late reply.

I can provide the latest published BIOS version for the device (V 2.22), which you can download here

+Installation++: 
Please unzip the downloaded file and then run the BIOS file WinD15SMD_C0.222.exe in Windows environment. Please note that you have the power adapter plugged in and the battery must be at least 20% charged before running the update; Otherwise the laptop might refuse to perform the procedure.

Please remind, that for any errors, caused by the execution of this update, we don´ t accept any responsibility for damage or lost of data.

Hi @Major_ToM ,

No problem at all for the late reply.  I have already installed BIOS version v2.22 which I downloaded from the Medion support site for this device.The problem occurs with this version.
However, I am not 100% sure the problem did not exist before.

The reason I updated the Bios was due to a message concering secure boot and new Microsoft certificates related to secure boot.
That problem got solved, but TPM2.0 now seems to fail.

For now, I disabled TPM within the BIOS but this should not be needed.
