Hello! I have a medion Erazer P7647 with MSN 30024622.
I have recently bought this laptop, secondhand, and I find that there is no Medion Erazer Control Center. Is it possible to get a download for it somewhere? Or against a payment?

Hey! Thanks for the reply! 🙂
I have checked the forum for download links or additional information, but those sollutions don't really seem to work.
As I click the link in that topic, I get a 404 not found error, so the link unfortunately doesn't work. I have installed the control panel from ww1.medion.de, however without luck. I get an error that it isn't compatible with my mainboard. Could I maybe buy a hard drive from Medion that has all the OEM apps installed?

Hi @nigel2392 ,
have you tried factory settings reset?
It should reinstall all the APPs that came pre-installed.

Ahh, I'm sorry I should have clarified so save time. Yes, I have tried, but there are unfortunately no apps in the recovery folder. No OEM apps at least, only windows bs so to say.

Hi @nigel2392 ,
hmmm... have you checked if you have the latest motherboard update version installed?

Yes, I have, the motherboard version is 2.11, I was looking for bios updates but I'm very careful with what is and isn't compatible, so I decided not to download the 2.22 version because I wasn't sure if my MoBo was compatible with it, as it didn't specify it was compatible.
