MEDION stuck on logo

Hi,i recently bought an refurbished Medion erazer X6823 it worked well but yesterday i just closed it normally and now it is stuck on the Medion logo, can someone please help me?

If it is a refurbished notebook from a dealer, you still have a guarantee (6 months).

At least that's the way it is in Germany.

If it starts like this, I would take no more chances and give it back as the device is apparently eight years old.
