MEDION SPRCHRGD 14 S1 Elite: Secure Boot - "Allow Microsoft 3rd Party UEFI CA" not present in BIOS

As the title reads, "Allow Microsoft 3rd Party UEFI CA" is not available in BIOS. Other laptops which I own allow this option. Without enabling this option I cannot boot other operating systems that I require for usage.
