How to enable AMD-V virtualization on Medion Akoya E1318T; no option to activate in BIOS

Greetings,

I'm trying to enable AMD-V virtualization on Medion AKoya E1318T.

I need to start a virtual machine on this netbook.

Yhe CPU in question (AMD A4-1200) supports virtualization, but is disabled.

The option to activate it is not available in the BIOS (updated to 602).

Any help would be widely appreciated.
