E4251: defective items and no support!! Help!!

I tried to write to what medion says to be their support in Italy, and even in germany. No reply at all. Is Medion an existing company or it is fake? Anybody has an address where to take defective PCs? I bought 6 and 2 of them are defective (don't power on because of a hardware problem to the keyboard). Please, if someone knows if Medion really exists and has an address, a number, something for guarantee like stated in european laws, can hekp me?

Medion is no fake. You got a Medion notebook right? They have momentarily some IT problems, That's may be why you can not reach them .

For your special problem with spare parts please name the MSN number first. It's on a sticker on the bottom of your Laptop.
