Battery 255 %

Laptop P6661 does not turn on with battery. The battery icon on taskbar shows  - 255 %available. Plugged in. If the charger is plugged off, the laptop shuts down immediately. Purchase a 2 new generic batteries - no success, The red light of battery on laptop panel is flashing when charger is connected.  Web wide ways to solve this issue was done. Nothing works. Somebody could help? Thanks in advance,

Sure, after discharging the battery till 8V i leaved it for a while and after few minutes battery voltage rised up to 11 V. Main issue I reported is not charging battery and laptop does not works on battery. Overall thanks for communication.

This I did undestand. But the  11 V  follow up are not  resilient; as soon as you take out  charge, the voltage will most probably drops down  below  ~ 8 V. 

Then the charging can not start. But it is difficult to find the bug from far away. You should ask an electronic 

 professional, who works in  the PC and Laptop business. Or go to a PC repair shop, may be they can do a test of the charging circuit on the main- or powerboard.
