Akoya BIOS update

Hello,
I am looking for a BIOS update for my Akoya E2212T MD99720. I currently have version 1.03 installed.
Since my battery only charges when turned off, I assume that I need a BIOS update for the latest Windows 10.
Can someone here send me a link so I can download the update?

Hello Rick, I do not think it's a bios issue. I do think the batteries or one of them, are exhausted.

So check when you use Tablet mode without the base coupled on, what the battery indicator tells you.

The P2212T is roundabaut 8 years old, don't forget.

To get a replacement battery, or for the tablet or the base unit, is quite diffcult.
