I recently purchased a P6605 which should have included a 256GB SSD and a 1TB HDD but only the SSD is showing up on disk management and in the file explorer. I installed the Medion app that should repair issues but it, unfortunately, did not repair this. I am unsure if the drive is just not being recognized or was not installed on my laptop at all.
Anyone have this problem before who can aid me in fixing this or should I go directly to customer support?
