Check the following points:

• Clean the pump filter so that the water can drain freely. To do this, disconnect the machine from the power supply and turn off the water. Then open the cover flap at the bottom of the front and remove the filter. Clean the filter under running water and then reinsert it
• Check the drain hose to see if it is kinked at any point and straighten the kink.
