Hi,
I have a problem since i bought a laptop called Erazer defender p15 with ryzen 7 5800h and nvidia 3060, after entering in a game and the nvidia card starting i can hear a strange sound while am using any headset 3.5mm jack and it can't be lowered or make it higher when adjusting sound and it seems something more hardware then software.
I tried other headsets and headphones with 3.5mm and the strange sound it's there every time am playing a game and nvidia card starts in.
I tried to install older/new drivers for Nvidia and Realtek but nothing changed, i even updated to windows 11 from 10 and nothing.
I will attached what i recorded.

Thank you
p.s: if the above 2 website not working to listen check this ones
Update: I bought an adaptor for 3.5mm to connect at laptop usb and that noisy shity sound disappeared 😅

A headset has a connecting plug with 4 contacts (incl microphone) For this you need a combi jack.
But the audio sockets are pure Line out and Mic in with three contact jacks only. So you need a splitter cable

Hi,
My hyper x headset came with a similar cable from your picture and the buzzing’ sound like the one I upload before above it’s still there so the solution was to buy an adaptor from 3.5mm jack to USB and the sound it’s clear and without the buzzing’ or static sound I don’t even know how to call that and my friends can hear me on discord etc very clearly. This is what I am using at the moment and it works very good👍🏻 thank you
