Hello, everyone
I am experiencing several problems with my Medion laptop, model 62520:
• The battery does not work. It always stays at 0%, and if I unplug the power cable, the laptop immediately shuts down.
• The graphics card does not reach its maximum frequency, which causes low FPS and stuttering in games.
• The touchpad freezes or becomes very laggy after some time of use.
• The row of RGB keyboard light buttons does not illuminate fully.
Could you please advise me on how to solve these issues or if repair/replacement is needed?
