fn changed function

hi, 

I'm not sure how, but recently my fn keys have randomly changed function and now I can't use them to change my volume and brightness, as well as this the arrow keys wont scroll my screen anymore. has anyone else had this issue/knows how to fix it?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Hello @spottyzebra  and welcome
First:
Reinstall the hotkey drivers:
You can find the driver package here:
https://www.medion.com/de/service/product-detail/30027144
(but it should normally also be found on your computer under d:Recover/driver)
Then scrolling should work again:
Press and hold the Fn key
and Scr Lk to activate
Scroll lock

I have fixed the scrolling issue now!

However, I downloaded all the driver packs and the soft wear you sent and restarted my laptop and I still cant get the fn keys to work properly. 

do I need to do anything with the downloads or is there any other solutions you know of?

Hello @spottyzebra ,

you had to install the drivers, just downloading them is not enough.
Uninstall the “old” Control Center and reinstall it. Next, check if the Control Center and Fn keys work again.
