HELLO I ADDRESS TO YOU TO KNOW IF YOU CAN HELP ME WITH THE PROBLEM Q I HAVE WITH MY LAPTOP MEDION, I AMPLIE THE RAM AND THE SSD BUT MAYBE WHEN DISASSEMBATING THE KEYBOARD SUFFERED DAMAGE BECAUSE NOW DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY WRITE THE CHANGED LETTERS,PLEASE CAN TELL ME WHAT PROBLEM YOU HAVE TO FIX IT BECAUSE I HAVE TO WRITE ON A USB KEYBOARD AND IT IS ANNOYING AND IF YOU COULD PASS ME BUDGET OF THE REPAIR OR THE REPLACEMENT , THANK YOU I LOOK FORWARD TO YOUR ANSWER

Hello there, welcome to the forum.

Can you see if CapsLook and Numlook are working? Also, do you have additional keyboard layout installed? I'm asking this because working on RAM and HDD/SSD does not involve disconnecting or removing keyboard.

Keyboard layout can be easy check if you run (WIN+E) osk.exe (On Screen Keyboard) and compare the keyboard on screen with keyboard on laptop if all characters are in same position.
