erazer beast x40 crashes

Hi!

I recently bought a erazer beast x40 ( MSN 30037135 ) and i ve been having a lot of crashes in games, sometimes the game crashes or the laptop freezes. 

I dont know what to do anymore. I updated my bios to N.1.10MED09, changed outlets, clean windows reinstall, reinstalled graphics drivers and it did nothing, i also checked temps and its fine. I have a laptop cooler too. Also when im installing control center it doesnt recognize my laptop. I have some settings but i cant change fan speed or do anything. The laptop works fine on ultra on all my games with 200 + fps in most of them but it randomly crashes without any reason.

I just tested the cpu temp in CS GO 2, this is what i got. So 97 degrees is a lot and that s why it crashes? I dont even understand how, cs go is not a demanding game and i got a cooler too.. very dissapointing

The cpus run hot. I had endless crashes until I installed 3rd party micro controller update and bips etc. Ran sweet since.
