My Crawler wont turn on at all, it sleeps but power button will not wake it up

Hi, I have a Erazer Crawler (from 2022 but newly bought from Amazon) it was hard to turn on initally with many presses of the power button required. If it goes into sleep it cannot be woken with power button and now seems to not be turning on at all after over 2 hours of trying. Ive tried holding the power button in for 10 sec/ 30 sec/ over 2 min both plugged in and unplugged. If i plug the mouse in it lights up but the darn thing wont boot up, shame as I really like the performance for what I wanted. Any advice before I return it?

Hello @Colin1 and welcome.
You're sending it back because you've tried everything except removing the battery.

But that doesn't solve the problem that it's difficult or impossible to turn on. There are certainly other causes.
