X30 P64003...

Where can I update the drivers from?

It has a GTX 1060 6GB dedicated graphics card already installed as when I purchased this PC.  If I want to upgrade the graphics card to a GTX 1070 8GB,  is it just done as remove the GTX 1060 6GB graphics card and install the GTX 1070 8GB Graphics card myself?

I have upgraded the memory ram to 16GB.

What PSU is the X30 P64003 PC have?

My spec:

i5-8400, 16GB DDR4 RAM, GTX 1060 6GB, 128GB SSD, 1TB Hard Drive, Windows 10 Home, DVD Writer, Gigabit Ethernet, Bluetooth, HDMI, DVI, WIFI, USB 3.0, USB 2.0.

@ukguy2k

Hi, to find answers to your question we first need the correct naming and the MSN  number, as well as the MD number.

In the database I can't find a X30 P64003.  The  correct numbers you find on the back or underneath on the bottom. I guess you are talking about an Erazer Desktop PC, right?

bye, daddle

Sorrry, I can't find any data about your PSU; I just know your Nvidia GTX 1060 has 120 W  power consumption. Compare it with the power consumption of the GTX 1070, 8 MB. I assume by roundabout 15 % more consumption your built in PSUwill be sufficient.

 You can check your PSU by opening the computer on one side, and you should check if your graphic card has a separat 4, 6 or 8 Pin power plug.

Your graphic card specs: VGA Nvidia GF GTX1060

VGA Nvidia GF GTX1060; GPU: GP106-400-A1; 6144 MB GDDR5

* Vendor: Nvidia
* Sub-Vendor: PC Partner
* Model:
* GPU: GP106-400-A1
* Chip: GTX1060
* POWER consumption 120 W
* Memory: 8008 MB GDDR5X, 192 bit
* Core Frequency: 1506 / 1708 MHz
* Memory Frequency: 2002 MHz
* Shader Frequency: - MHz
