What port/cable to use for external screen - Medion Erazer Defender P10 MD62255

Hi,

Im looking into a 144Hz screen which has hdmi and DP connections.

Now this laptop has USB-C with DP icon, HDMI and mini DP.

What should i use to obtain the 144hz ?

I tried connecting a Oculus Rift S to the mini DP with original Oculus adapter but this did not work.

(external screen is on the way)

I have the x25 beast with a 3070 but I am using a display port to USB-c connector I got off amazon to connect my 165hz monitor
