Turn off keyboard led on Ubuntu with a X7859

Hello,

On Windows you can turn the led of the keyboard off by installing the control center of Medion and turn them off from the software itself.

On Ubuntu (or other linux distros I surmise) you cannot install the control center and thus cannot turn off the lights. I also tried the Fn key + the shortcuts for the leds but to no avail (the other Fn+shortcuts work).

Could you please tell me how I can manage to turn these led off?

Thanks,

Kind regards,

Xavier

Hi @Xavier-CH ,

Medion products do not come with Linux so there is no support available for it.

Here are some suggestions that may help you:

1) Fn + SPACE BAR

2) Specialized forums

Gehringer
