New Laptop for Christmas wont charge

My Husband bought me an ERAZER CRAWLER E10 and gave it to me for a Christmas present but we quickly found that the new laptop battery wont charge stays at 0% and will only work if the charger is inserted the MSN is 30033537 and the warranty is till 26/11/2024.

You are nor the first to experience this, I had the same issue & amazon replaced it, the replacement charges fine, another poster here had the original & replacement with the same issue,.....we both tried all the suggestions to no avail, look for a replacement asap.

I'm hoping Medion will take a look at the laptop and repair it as it's under warranty
