My new erazer engineer p10 won’t start up anymore

I just unpacked my new erazer p10, worked fine, played a couple of matches of league and then left it to install some more software. However when I came back 2 hours later it was turned off, and isn’t showing any sign of life. What can I do to fix this?

Can you please let us know the MSN number of your product?

It is an 8-digits number that you can find printed on a label underneath it. It usually starts by 100, 300 or 500.

please check if the cables and the power supply are properly connected and retry.

If it does not work, and if possible, try using different cables.

Afterwards, you can try resetting the PC mains adapter by:

(a) Disconnect the PC from the power supply

(b) Then press and hold the main switch on the front for 10 seconds.

(c) Wait another 5 seconds, reconnect the power supply and restart the PC
