My new P10 seems to be broken

I recently purchased a p10 defender and was absolutely fine but now 3 weeks later it will not turn on. There is power and the keyboard lights up but absolutely nothing in the screen 😞

Welcome. I do not think it is broken. Do a  residual current discharge / static discharge as described in this FAQ
