Medion Illuminated Gamming Keyboard P81035 Not working with Windows 10 Pro

Hi all,

The Keyboard worked correctly, but then I had a SSD failure and replaced it. Upon reinstalling Windows 10 Pro the Keyboard did not work right. Keys not working when pressed or lagged - needed to wait 5 seconds to show on the screen. Some times the key would keep typing while not pressed until I waited the 5 seconds and then pressed a key to stop it. I went to the website in the manual to download the software again for the keyboard to try and fix this issue, but the website was not available.

(The requested URL /downloads/software/illuminated_keyboard_MD850310.exe was not found on this server.)

Here is the link:

http://cdn.medion.com/downloads/software/illuminated_keyboard_MD850310.exe

I was able to find a version for the software here:

https://download.medion.com/downloads/treiber/illuminated_keyboard_MD85031.exe

After install and reboot the same problems persisted.

Is there a solution available?

Thank you all

Roy

Hi @rmonroe ,

please go to Medion USA website here and perform a search using your model (MD) number 85031.

Then, click on "Driver Software Gaming Keyboard MEDION MD 85031" to expand the list of options and right-click over the red download banner.

Select the option "Save the link as" and save it on your unit.

Run the file and install the drivers.
