Medion Erazer X10 CPU and BIOS issue

Hello I bought my pc through Medion, I have :

I5 12400

Rtx 3060ti

Windows 11

gigabyte b660m ds3h ax ddr4

PKG Power 47w on cinebech

Cinebench multi core 4888 score.

My cpu isn’t ruining at full capacity despite me getting 3999mhz reading.

My Bios version is 100

It doesn’t allow me to update the bios manually.

Any help guys?

Hello there @Shak354 ,

Its very uncommon for a CPU to ever max out. There is no need for it to be using all of its cores at the same time which is why it will display that only a percentage is being used. 

If you are looking for an updated BIOS I recommend contacting Medion directly.
