Medion Erazer P10 Resizable Bar

Hi.

I have a Medion Erazer P10 md35035 with the following specs:

Intel I7-11700F

16GB DDR4
Zotac GeForce RTX 3060 TI 8GB

I have enabled resizable bar in the bios, which is currently at version: 560H6W0X.013.
However, when checking GPU-Z and Nvidia Control Panel, its telling me that it is not enabled in BIOS.
All other checkmarks for Resizable Bar is checked, except for the bios one.

Is there a newer BIOS version available for this motherboard, or some workaround for this?

You can download and install the BIOS update from the Medion Service website 

The updates are available—just go to the Downloads section. Before downloading the drivers, make sure to select your country in the top right corner.
